Robert D. Lange, of Bristol, Ind., died Dec. 8, 2003 at Parkview Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Ind. He was 42.

He was born May 7, 1961 in Chesterton, the son of Robert H. and Nancy M. (Timm) Lange, who survive in Chesterton.

He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer (Tony) Matrau of Elkhart; 3 sons, Jason Lange, Andy Lange and Alex Lange, all of Elkhart; 2 granddaughters, Jaddien Joy Nicole Micuda of Elkhart and Ariona Rochelle Matrau of Elkhart; a brother, Mike (Coleen) Lange of Ohio; a sister, Debra (Brad) Andersen of Chesterton and a fiancée, Rubye Ellsworth of Bristol.

He was the maintenance man for Rivershores Apartments, Bristol.

A funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12 at Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart Chapel at 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkharet. Interment will be at Oakridge Cemetery, Bristol.

Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart Chapel.
