Kaitlyn Loren Barber, four-month old daughter of Eric and Jami (Pomeroy) Barber of Remington died Monday, Dec. 22, 2003 in Jasper County Hospital, Rensselaer.

She was born August 8, 2003 in Lafayette.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandmother, Carol Pomeroy of Porter; fraternal grandmother, Lorraine Barber of Chesterton; fraternal grandfather, John Barber of Quartz Site, Ariz.; aunts, Rhonda Santana of Porter, Kathy Barber of Michigan City and Wendy Hoine of Port Angeles, Wash.; cousins, Justin and Andrew Cary, Bradley and Kelli Hoine and Emily Dyrek and Molly Santana.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Arthur Pomeroy.

Funeral services, Pastor Eric Bennett officiating, are scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27 with a visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the Stitz Funeral Home, Remington.
