Chesterton resident Dorothy H. Bell died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at St. Catherine’s Hospital in East Chicago. A co-owner of the Flower Cart at 115 S. Eighth St., Bell was 64.

Arrangements are being completed by White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. Second St. in Chesterton.
