NOTICE OF RECEIVING PROPOSALS

PORTER COUNTY 2010 LIDAR MAPPING PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Porter County, Indiana will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at the office of the Porter County Auditor, 155 Indiana Avenue, Suite 204, Valparaiso IN 46383 to be opened by the Porter County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., CST, for the Porter County 2010 LIDAR Mapping Project.

Proposal specifications may be obtained at the office of the Porter County Auditor commencing Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form 96 and be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit.

A financial statement which complies with the requirements set forth in the bid specifications must accompany each bid.

All bids will be accepted contingent on funding and shall remain firm for a minimum of ninety (90) days. Likewise, the prices submitted on each bid proposal must be guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from bid opening.

Five copies of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, waive all informalities in bidding and to re-advertise.

The Porter County Board of Commissioners will utilize evaluation criteria set forth in the bid pursuant to IC 5-22-7-2 and the bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder pursuant to IC 5-22-7-8.
