NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REPLACEMENT ZONING ORDINANCE AND BURNS HARBOR ZONING MAP

Notice is hereby given that the Burns Harbor Town Council, effective June 16, 2009, adopted a Replacement Zoning Ordinance and Burns Harbor Zoning Map. The Zoning Ordinance, which replaces Chapter 15 of the Town Code, regulates use of land and structures throughout the Town of Burns Harbor. The Ordinance is effective as of the date of adoption. Copies of the Zoning Ordinance and Burns Harbor Zoning Map are available for inspection at the Burns Harbor Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 1240 North Boo Road, Burns Harbor, Indiana 46304 and the Westchester Public Library, 200 West Indiana Avenue, Chesterton, Indiana 46304.
