NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF

ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Indian Boundary Conservancy District, located in Westchester Township, Porter County, Indiana, that the Board of Directors of the Indian Boundary Conservancy District will meet at the Chesterton Town Hall located at 726 Broadway, Chesterton, Indiana, at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of July, 2009, and will at that time consider the following additional appropriation from the District=s cumulative improvement fund in excess of the budget for the current year.

CUMULATIVE IMPROVEMENT FUND:

Lift Station Upgrades Including Equipment

Replacement $ 12,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting will have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Department of Local Government Finance. The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of the fund to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the additional appropriation.
