LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to the provisions of the Indiana Conservancy Act, the Board of Directors of the Falling Waters Conservancy District have petitioned the Porter Circuit Court to modifying the Court Order of August 8, 2008 establishing an exceptional benefits tax. The proposed modification would increase the exceptional benefits tax to an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per platted lot in the Falling Waters Subdivision. The Porter Circuit Court has scheduled a hearing on the pending petition for April 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

Any and all interested freeholders are encouraged to be in attendance.
