PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING

Be advised that, pursuant to I.C. 13-21-14-5, the Recycling & Waste Reduction District of Porter County by and through its Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 12:30 p.m. on September 6, 2011 in Room 205 of the Porter County Administration Building located at 155 Indiana Avenue, Valparaiso, Indiana.

The purpose of this public meeting is to consider adoption of a resolution to set the solid waste user fee at $15 per year per housing unit.
