Notice of Minor Boundary Revision, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana, Under the Authority of Section 7 (c) of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (16 U.S.C. § 4601-9 (c) (1) ), The Act of August 8, 1953 (16 U.S.C. § 1 (b) ), and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisitions Policies Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. § 4651).

SUMMARY: This notice announces a proposed minor boundary revision for Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana, to include nineteen (19) parcels of land. These parcels contain 14.86 acres in Lake County and 33.89 acres in Porter County. The parcels are identified as follows:

Lake County Tract Numbers: 14-123 on Segment Map 14; 14-125, 14-126 & 14-127 on Segment Map 14A; 110-16 on Segment Map 110; 112-32 & 112-33 on Segment Map 112.

Porter County Tract Numbers: 22-103 on Segment Map 22; 35-108 on Segment Map 35; 36-151 & 36-152 on Segment Map 36; 101-10 & 101-16 on Segment Map 101; 102-66 on Segment Map 102; 106-04 on Segment Map 106; 107-08 on Segment Map 107; 109-17 on Segment Map 109; 09-130 on Segment Map 09; 99-133 on Segment Map 99.
