LEGAL NOTICE

The Duneland School Corporation (601 West Morgan Avenue, Chesterton, IN, 46304) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Chesterton High School Football Field Turf Replacement Project at 2125 South 11th Street, Chesterton, Indiana 46304. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Swanson Lamporte Ditch. Questions or comments should be directed to the Duneland School Corporation, 601 West Morgan Avenue, Chesterton, IN, 46304.
