NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Beverly Shores Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M.on May 16, 2011 at 500 S. Broadway in Beverly Shores, Indiana to consider the following ordinances:

AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THAT BOAT REGISTRATION FEES BE DEPOSITED INTOTHE PARK BOARD RESTRICTED NON-REVERTING DONATION FUND

AN ORDINANCE ESABLISHING A FEE FOR EXCESS FALSE BURGLAR ALARM CALLS.

AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING PARKING ON BROADWAY AND DIRECTING THAT APPROPRIATE “NO PARKING” SIGNS BE INSTALLED.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CREATION OF A RESTRICTED NON-REVERTING FUND FOR GARBAGE AND RECYCLING REVENUES AND COSTS.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT VERIFYING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION FOR LICENSING PURPOSES.

The ordinances are available for inspection at the Administration Building.

All written objections to the proposals that are filed before the Public Hearing will be considered, oral comments concerning the ordinances will be heard at the scheduled Public Hearings and the Hearings may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary.
