VERIFIED PETITION OF DAMON RUN CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FOR AUTHORITY TO RENDER WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO CERTAIN AREAS OF PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA, AND FOR APPROVAL OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in the IURC Conference Center, Suite 220, Judicial Courtroom 224 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana commencing at 9:30 AM, EDT, on Wednesday, June 01, 2011 and continuing Thursday, June 02, 2011 as necessary. This hearing is open to the public.
