IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF SOUTH HAVEN SEWER WORKS, D/B/A AQUA INDIANA, INC., TO INCREASE ITS SEWER RATES AND CHARGES PURSUANT TO COMMISSION'S MINIMUM STANDARD FILING REQUIREMENTS AND TO ADOPT A NEW RATE SCHEDULE REFLECTING THE APPROVED RATES AND CHARGES

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in the IURC Conference Center, Suite 220, Judicial Courtroom 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana commencing at 9:30 AM, EDT, on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. This hearing is open to the public.
