NOTICE OF RECEIVING BIDS

TWO (2) MOWING TRACTORS WITH SIDE MOUNT 60” MOWING DECK

PORTER COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Porter County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for two (2) new unused mowing tractors with side mount 60 inch mowing decks. Bids are due by 4:30 P.M. Monday, April 18, at the Porter County Auditor’s office, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 204, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383. Bids will be opened at the Commissioners meeting, Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 2 P.M., DST at the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Valparaiso, Indiana 46383.

Specifications may be obtained at the offices of the: Porter County Highway Dept., 1955 S. State Road 2, Valparaiso, IN 46385 or the Porter County Auditor, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 204, Valparaiso, IN 46383.

Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts form No. 95. Bid bond equal to 10% of the bid must accompany each bid.

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid, for whatever reason, reject any and all parts thereof of any bid, and to waive any and all irregularities and to re-advertise.
