NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the West Porter Township Fire Protection District, that the governing body of the West Porter Township Fire Protection district will meet at the Lakes of the Four Seasons Volunteer Fire Department Building located at 745 West 275 South in Porter County, Indiana on February 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. and will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year:

CUMULATIVE EQUIPMENT FUND:

Repair of Fire Vehicle $30,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting will have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. That state agency will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of the funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
