NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Directors of the Damon Run Conservancy District that

the annual meeting of the District will be held on February 16, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Valparaiso Public Library located at 103 East Jefferson, Valparaiso, Indiana. The election of a Board member for the directorship currently occupied by John C. Barko will occur at the annual meeting. The nominees for election to the Board of the District are:

Robert Wilson

Chad Littlewood

Glen Arnold

John C. Barko

Absentee ballots will be available at the Duneland Group, Inc., 1498 Pope Court, Chesterton, Indiana 46304 commencing on February 1, 2010 or on the District’s website at www.damonrunconservancy.com. Ballots may be cast at the meeting between 5:00 p.m and 5:30 p.m. or by absentee ballot provided that the absentee ballot must be received at the Duneland Group, Inc. by personal delivery or mail not later than 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Monday, February 15, 2010. The purpose of the meeting also includes the discussion and action on all other business before the board.
