NOTICE OF MEETING OF BEVERLY SHORES TOWN COUNCIL CONCERNING AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE FILING FEE FOR HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, TO REINSTATE DRIVEWAY PERMIT FEE, AND SITE APPROVAL FEE .

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Beverly Shores, Indiana to be held at 7:00 P.M. on November 19, 2009 a public hearing will be held on a proposed ordinance increasing fees for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals, to reinstate driveway permit fees, and site approval fees.

Among other things, the ordinance addresses an increase of the current fee of $100.00 to $500.00 for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals and reinstatement of fees in the amount of $50.00 for driveway permits and $50.00 site approval.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review during regular business hours at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 500 S. Broadway Ave., Beverly Shores, Indiana 46301.
