HEARING
PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby
given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Porter, Indiana,
will hold a public hearing on the 16th of December, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Avenue, Suite 205,
Valparaiso, Indiana, to consider the petition of Stephan Good, 71 E. 36 S.,
c/o E. Donald Bengel, Bengel Engineering & Surveying, 73 E. Division Rd.,
Valparaiso, seeking Variances from the following Section of the Unified
Development Ordinance: Secs. 10.33 and 10.34, Subdivision Control, Primary
Plat, Secondary Plat or Replat (to waive the entire sections) ; Section 2.14
R-1 District Development Standards, to reduce the Minimum Lot Width from 160
feet to 50 feet along CR 36 S.; all in order to build one house on 10 acres,
to be located on the following described property:

50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 90º E, parallel to the South
line of said Subdivision, 157.29 feet; thence S 17º00’00” W, 370.81 feet to
the North line of the South 330.0 feet of the S.W. 1/4 of said N.E. 1/4,
thence S 88º20’00” E. along said North line, 203.05 feet, more or less, to
the N.E. corner of the North 165 feet of the South 330 feet of the S.W. 1/4
of said N.E. 1/4’; thence Southerly along the East line of said S.W. 1/4

Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public
hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the
