NOTICE

The Porter County Board of Commissioners will conduct a special public hearing in order to hear the proposed 2010 budget for the E-911 Surcharge in the amount of $2,868,142.

First Reading will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 in the Commissioners’ Chambers of the County Administration Center, located at 155 Indiana Avenue, Valparaiso, IN 46383.

The Second Reading of the proposed 2009 E-911 Surcharge budget will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 in the Commissioners’ Chambers of the County Administration Center, located at 155 Indiana Avenue, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
