NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED PRIMARY PLAT

Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the County of Porter, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of November, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., in the Porter County Administrative Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 205, Valparaiso, Indiana, to consider the petition of Edward Drazer, 859 S. 300 E., Kouts, Indiana seeking primary plat approval for Sleepy Hollow Woods Subdivision, to be located on the following described property:

A parcel of land being part of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 and part of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 all in Section 18, Township 33 North, Range 5 West of the 2nd P.M. in Pleasant Township, Porter County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 18; thence N 89º43’57” W along the South line of said SW 1/4, 661.72 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 89º43’57” W, along said South line, 800.00 feet; Thence N 00º16’03” E, normal to said South line 610.00 feet; thence S 89º43’57” E, parallel to said South line, 800.00 feet; thence S 00º16’03” W, normal to said South line, 610.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 11.2 acres more or less and subject to all Legal Highways and Easements.

GENERAL LOCATION: A parcel of land located at 113 t 125 East 900 South in Pleasant Township, Porter County, Indiana.

Written suggestions to said proposed amendment may be filed with the Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the above designated time and place. A copy of the file is available for public view at the Plan Commission office.
