INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -
Members of the Indiana General Assembly will return for one day next month
to make technical corrections to some key legislation they passed earlier
sentencing overhaul passed earlier this year accidentally softened penalties
for some serious crimes. In another bill, a new tax was accidentally
established on alternative fuels.
