Back To Front Page

The National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability for review of the Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) for debris removal from the Pinhook Bog Debris Site located within Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

“The EE/CA is equivalent to an Environmental Assessment,” NPS said. “The EE/CA includes cost and engineering scoping for removal of the debris and residual contaminants from the Debris Site.”

The EE/CA is located on the NPS’s Planning, Environment, and Public Comment (PEPC) website and will be available for review and comment through June 18. All interested parties are invited to read and comment on the EE/CA.

Visit the NPS’s Planning, Environment, and Public Comment website at https://parkplanning.nps.gov/INDUPinhookBog for access to the EE/CA and instructions on how to submit comments online.

For more information, contact Project Leader Jim Conroy at (402) 661-1708 or at jim_conroy@nps.gov
