employee of the DNR Division of State Parks & Reservoirs, is the recipient
of the Col. Richard Lieber Award, the agency’s top civilian employee honor.

diagnosing a recent problem with the park’s wastewater treatment facility
and for his role in building a bird observation tower which DNR director
Cameron Clark has called a “masterpiece.”
Conservation Officer Lance Labonte won the Pitzer Award for 2013 as
Outstanding Officer of the Year. Other district officers of the year: Jon
Cook (1), Justin Blake (2), David Schwanke (3), Billy Doss (4), Michael
Gregg (5), Robert Doane (7), Dennis Talley (8), Zachary Walker (9) and
Patrick Malia (10).
