Admission tickets will be required if commencement has to be moved to the
gym. The doors at the gym will be opened at 6 p.m. Each senior will be
issued up to nine tickets for his/her parents and relatives.
Those not wishing to use all their tickets are asked to return them to the
main office as soon as possible. They will be redistributed to those who
request tickets for additional family members. Requests for additional
tickets can be made by calling the main office. Requests will be placed on a
waiting list. If weather permits and commencement is held outside, these
tickets will allow those to be seated outside as early as 5:30 p.m. General
admission will begin at 6 p.m.
Special tickets are required for those guests who are physically unable to
climb the bleachers. You may exchange your regular tickets for the special
seating tickets in the main office. Special handicapped parking is
available. It is recommended that seniors and those with mobility
limitations be dropped off while other family members park the vehicle
elsewhere.
A decision as to whether the commencement will be held inside or outside
will be made on Wednesday, June 8. This announcement will be made to senior
students and via radio stations and newspapers.
