Jim Ruge and Roy Krizek, co-owners of the Schoolhouse Shop in Furnessville, have donated 23 large cartons of new apparel for women and men to aid Hurricane Harvey victims via the Salvation Army and delivered gratis by United Parcel Service today.

Wearable new merchandise from Dune Clothiers department of the retail store was carefully sorted as to size to enable practical distribution. “This is a way we know that our contribution will be available to those in need,” said Ruge. Clothing sent includes the entire contents of the Garden Level of the shop adding up to 533 pounds.
