Ribbon cutting ceremony for new Easton Park subdivision

Back To Front Page

The Town of Chesterton celebrated the opening of the new Easton Park subdivision on Thursday, with a ribbon-cutting and reception.

Easton Park, located at the terminus of East Porter Ave. and C.R. 250E, will be--when built out--the largest subdivision ever developed in Chesterton, with 346 single-family units.

Easton Park is being developed by ATG Real Estate Development LLC, principal Eric Gastevich, and is intended to meet the needs of a variety of home buyers, including those who prefer to have snow removal, lawn care, and other outdoor maintenance needs done by the homeowners’ association.

Featured builders to date include Ennis Builders, Nardo Homes, and Sierra Homes. Easton Park has been designed with an eye to the environment, by incorporating landscaping with an emphasis on native plants and existing wetlands.

Model homes are now open daily, Monday and Tuesday by appointment; and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

For more information or to schedule a personal tour at Easton Park, contact Kathy Harris, or (219) 926-3331.
