Adults (ages 18+) and teens (grades 6-12) are invited to participate in Westchester Public Library’s 2019 Winter Reading Challenge. This program runs from February 1 to February 28.

Participants are encouraged to read any books that may have been on their “to-read” list for too long. Conquer your personal Mount Everest of reading! No registration is required.

Participants will read or listen to a book of personal choice and then complete a simple book review. Book reviews from participants will be displayed at both library locations, for the public to peruse and find new reading recommendations.

Each review card is an entry to win a prize in one of the weekly drawings. Patrons do not need to be present to win. Only one prize per person is allowed during the program. Winners may choose from a selection of books and gift cards generously donated by local businesses, to places such as the Green Garage and Chelle's, Duneland Pizza, Round-The-Clock, East Wind Studios, and Jimmy John's.
