Save the Dunes, one of Indiana’s oldest nonprofit environmental groups, is celebrating life on Lake Michigan by hosting the fourth annual Jammin’ with Save the Dunes festival, from 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at Washington Park’s Amphitheater in Michigan City.

The music and beer festival will feature local bands, craft breweries, and food.

Local bands will include favorites Junior & the Igniters, The Unit, and Planetary Blues Band, with lighting provided by Sounds Cool Live Audio.

Shoreline Brewery, Burn ‘Em Brewing, Figure Eight Brewing, and Hunter’s Brewing will serve up the craft beers, with wine by Barefoot Wine. Local food vendors will include The Rolling Stonebaker, Soda Dog, and Green Machine.

Event tickets will be sold at the door for only $15 (cash only) and parking is $7. Kids under the age of 13 enter free.
