Duneland Y offers nurturing infant care

Back To Front Page

The Duneland Family YMCA’s Early Childhood Program provides a safe, caring, and respectful environment for each child and at the same time supports his or her unique developmental growth.

It’s a quality child-care program that offers young children creative learning experiences rooted in early childhood theory and practice.

The childcare staff’s emphasis is on learning how to crawl, walk, talk, play, share, and dance. Flash cards, songs, books, Sign Language, discovery, and hands-on crafts are integrated throughout the learning process.

Infant care is five days a week at $170 per week. There is also a program fee of $150 that is split into biannual $75 payments. Call 921-0183 to schedule a tour. The Y Early Childhood Program is located at Chesterton Middle School, Entrance 8, 651 Morgan Ave. in Chesterton.
