Thursday, Nov. 19, the Duneland School Corporation (DSC) was reporting 47
active COVID-19 cases among students and staff, down from 51 on Wednesday.
Eight new cases
were reported on Thursday: four Chesterton High School students, two
in-person and two remote (65 close contacts total); two Bailly Elementary
School staffers (17 close contacts total); one Chesterton Middle School
in-person student (11 close contacts); and one transportation staffer (two
