COVID19 cases top 3,000 in Indiana

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is reporting that an additional 474 Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19, for a total to date of 3,039.

Thirteen more residents have died, for a total of 78. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by IDSH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 16,285 tests have been reported to IDSH, up from 14,375 on Wednesday.

Tests are being conducted by ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and private laboratories.

Marion County had the most new cases, with 192. Other counties with more than 10 new cases were Decatur, 10; Clark, 11; Floyd, 13; Hamilton, 21; Hendricks, 24; and Lake, 28. The complete list of county cases is included on the ISDH dashboard at coronavirus.in.gov
