season's paving projects; the council will consider the proposed donation of

a reduction of a utility and drainage easement on their property at 3525
Drivers Lane. The Topors are hoping to install a swimming pool in their yard
but it would encroach on the 7.5-foot easement running along their property
line. The Topors are seeking to reduce the easement by 3.5 feet.
