SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - Frontier Airlines has announced it will end service
between South Bend and Denver on Sept. 9.
Frontier spokeswoman Kate O’Malley told the South Bend Tribune that the
airline is ending the flights because bookings did not meet expectations
when it started the service last October. Frontier offered four direct
westbound flights a week to Denver.
South Bend officials say they continue to meet with other airlines looking
for new service and destinations.
